Meet the Staff

The Student Center staff consists of a director/campus minister, program assistants, and an office manager. Meet our 2009-2010 staff!

Director

Office Manager

Andy Anderson graduated from UF in 2004, with a bachelor's in Comparative Religious Studies. After graduating from UF he continued his religious education at the Chicago Theological Seminary where he received an M.A. in Religious Studies. Currently he enjoys being outdoors. He plans to have a positive impact on this ministry, this community, and the world.

Program Assistant

Rio Taylor is a recent graduate from New College of Florida with a degree in religion.  He currently leads the student center's Theology on Tap program.  He enjoys painting and playing music with his friends.

Intern

Alex Steinig is a student at UF.

Program
Assistant
Traci Reynolds is a UF grad student studying Speech Pathology and minoring in Religion and International Development and Humanitarian Assistance. She is from Brandon, Florida and is currently active at First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville. She works at the Architecture and Fine Arts Library at UF and in an Acoustics Lab on campus. She enjoys getting out and spending time in God’s creation as well as reading, traveling, and painting (among other things). It is her prayer that she will simply have a positive impact on this ministry, this community, and the world.

Program
Assistant

Angela Reid is a first year graduate student at UF, pursuing a Master's in Development Practice (MDP) degree and a career working in the most impoverished regions of Africa. Her husband Selorm Quashigah is coming here soon to the U.S. from his home country of Ghana. She also have a dog named Petey who is everyone's friend. Most of her familly lives in Pennsylvania, where she am originally from. She love being part of the Student Center and I encourage everyone to "come as you are" and make this your "home away from home."
